The District generally provides on-site management of stormwater facilities (not otherwise within public rights-of-way) and wetlands, monumentation of main and neighborhood entryways, landscaping and irrigation of roadways and common areas, neighborhood parks, trails and recreational amenity areas as well as street lighting. Other infrastructure improvements funded by the District have been dedicated to Hillsborough County and accepted for operation and maintenance.
